Remaking Fee
While I proivde in-depth care instrucitons, to ensure your piece is properly taken care of...I do, however, reconie that accidents do happen. If you have damaged your piece, I will happily remake it for you (this is NOT replacing the entire piece of jewelry, please contact me to confirm pricing on this) for a fee.
Just send the piece of jewelry back to me, and I'll fix it. I keep your leftover preserved breastmilk from each customer. If you had used cremation or other inclusions, then please send me additional inclusions to create a new stone.
BEFORE ordering, please contact me to confirm I have your preserved remaining breastmilk, and if any other fees may apply (if the full piece needs to be replaced)
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refund, replacement, and cancellation policy:
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, there is a 35% restocking fee on all items. If inclusions have been received, i cannot cancel your order.
Replacements:
Setting - If it has been longer than 30 days and you need a replacement setting (for any reason), there is a 25% + shipping replacement charge (excluding solid gold items).
Stone - if you decide you want to go a different route with your stone and do not need a new setting, there will be a $25 charge per item, plus return shipping.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of the items, I do not offer refunds. Of course I want you to love your keepsakes, if there is ever an issue, message me personally and we will figure it out together.

How do I ship it to you?Shipping instructions are sent in detail once the order has been placed. Quick wrap up for most inclusions, double bagged and labeled with your info in a bubble mailer. USPS first class is fine and comes with tracking. Nothing special is needed during shipment, and milk does not have to be kept cold.
